Stage 1 consisted of constructing over 350/lm of limestone retaining walls averaging 3m to 6m in height. Installation of mains electrical services, back filling and levelling the 35,000m2 site ready for construction phase. After meeting the design brief for the client, MACS together with a team of consultants constructed a purpose built 1200m2 office, 800m2 workshop & 28000m2 of hardstand and parking on a 34000m2 prime site in Latitude 32.
